Vzdr\u017eljivostni \u0161portniki poznajo ta ob\u010dutek: kilometre lahko dr\u017eite enakomeren ritem, a ko tekma zahteva pospe\u0161ek, vzpon ali kon\u010dni sprint, noge nenadoma ostanejo brez mo\u010di. Razlog je preprost \u2014 najhitrej\u0161a energijska valuta va\u0161ega telesa, <strong data-start=\"362\" data-end=\"369\">ATP<\/strong>, se pri maksimalnem naporu porabi v nekaj sekundah. Ko teh zalog zmanjka, se regeneracija upo\u010dasni, utrujenost prevzame nadzor in zmogljivost za\u010dne popu\u0161\u010dati.  <\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"523\" data-end=\"785\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Kaj pa, \u010de bi obstajal na\u010din, da te energijske zaloge hitreje napolnite, omejite \u0161kodo po intenzivnem naporu in dobite gorivo, da prebrodite odlo\u010dilne trenutke tekmovanja? PCr deluje kot rezervna baterija: v milisekundah donira fosfatne skupine za obnovo ATP, kar omogo\u010da, da mi\u0161ice pri visokih intenzivnostih znova in znova spro\u017eajo mo\u010d. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Med enakomerno aerobno vadbo se vzdr\u017eljivostni \u0161portniki ve\u010dinoma zana\u0161ajo na kisik in presnovo ogljikovih hidratov. Dodajanje pove\u010da mi\u0161i\u010dni kreatin za <strong>~15%<\/strong> in fosfokreatin za <strong>~12%<\/strong> \u017ee v 5\u20137 dneh polnjenja (\u22480,3 g\/kg\/dan).
