Kreatin deluje prek <strong>kreatin\u2013fosfokreatin (PCr) sistema<\/strong>, ki deluje kot <strong>energijski bla\u017eilnik<\/strong> in <strong>energijsko transportno omre\u017eje<\/strong> znotraj celic. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">V bli\u017eini mitohondrijev se ATP uporabi za pretvorbo kreatina v fosfokreatin.
