Med pomanjkanjem spanca se to ravnovesje poru\u0161i: ravni ATP padejo, zaloge PCr se zmanj\u0161ajo in nevroni se trudijo slediti povpra\u0161evanju po energiji. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Kreatin vstopi v sliko kot hitro delujo\u010d energijski pufer. Ko se absorbira, pove\u010da zaloge fosfokreatina in stabilizira promet ATP. osredoto\u010denost med pomanjkanjem spanca<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Raziskovalci v Nem\u010diji so izvedli randomizirano, dvojno slepo, s placebom nadzorovano presku\u0161anje, da bi preizkusili, ali lahko en sam visok peroralni odmerek kreatin monohidrata (0,35 g\/kg) izbolj\u0161a mo\u017eganski energijski metabolizem med 21 urami pomanjkanja spanca.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Uporabili so \u00b9H- in \u00b3\u00b9P-MR spektroskopijo za merjenje presnovnih ozna\u010devalcev, kot so ATP, fosfokreatin (PCr), skupni kreatin (tCr) in pH. Udele\u017eenci so opravili tudi ve\u010d kognitivnih ocen, vklju\u010dno s testom spomina besed, razponom \u0161tevilk in nalogami hitrosti obdelave, tako pred kot po pomanjkanju spanca.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Kljub kratkemu \u010dasovnemu okviru je kreatin povzro\u010dil merljive in statisti\u010dno pomembne izbolj\u0161ave:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Ohranjeni mo\u017eganski energijski ozna\u010devalci (<strong>\u2191 PCr\/\u00b3\u00b9P<\/strong>, <strong>\u2193 razgradnja
