XP measures programme progress; it is not cash and cannot be withdrawn. Eligible product value after discounts earns 15 XP per euro, excluding VAT, shipping and fees. A cart estimate is a forecast. Purchase XP require verified payment and a completed order; visiting the thank-you page does not confirm them. A verified eligible payment with positive product value can renew protection before its XP are confirmed.

Active XP determine your current companion, its appearance and your personal discount. Total confirmed XP count toward once-only reward milestones and do not decline solely through inactivity. Active XP are capped at 12,375; confirmed milestone progress can continue beyond that. Returns and verified corrections can adjust both.

Only selected guides with an XP claim opportunity qualify. Sign in and use the claim action: opening an email or following a link alone is not enough. Each underlying guide can be rewarded once, including across translations and repeat emails. The shared limit is three different guides and 225 XP in a rolling seven-day window. Guide XP do not renew the protection clock.

Yes. Exchanging is always your choice. Only an eligible, unused earned voucher can be exchanged, in full, at 30 XP per euro. Before you confirm, your account shows the value you give up, the exact XP and resulting benefit. Exchanging renews 70-day protection and counts toward once-only reward milestones. If the full exchange would exceed the active XP cap, it cannot proceed. A newly reached reward is still subject to its own issuance and eligibility checks; it is never exchanged automatically.

After 70 unpaused days of protection, active progress moves down by one quarter of a level every 17.5 days. Your current companion appearance and discount follow that active progress. The first step is at day 87.5 when no subscription freeze applies. A new eligible payment or completed voucher exchange renews protection; claiming guide XP does not. Previously earned collection items remain visible, but unearned appearances stay hidden.

An eligible active subscription freezes the remaining clock; it does not award a higher discount by itself. Pausing lets the remaining time run and resuming freezes what remains. Eligible paid renewals renew the 70 days. Cancellation at the end of a paid period keeps protection through that period. An eligible unresolved payment problem has one seven-day grace period; repeating the same failed payment does not extend it. Your account shows the current protection state.

Eligible QLEOS loyalty benefits can work with a permitted external coupon, including an individual-use coupon. This does not waive ownership, product, minimum-spend, delivery or expiry restrictions, and does not make unrelated external coupons combinable. Optional earned vouchers require your choice. Each reward in your account shows its actual terms and state; there is no universal expiry countdown.

Refunds and verified corrections can reduce the XP attributable to the original purchase and change affected rewards. Subscription protection prevents time-based decay, not corrections.
