Creatine helps your muscles replenish ATP, the energy used for short, intense efforts. Optimized Creatine contains one ingredient: creatine monohydrate. Make it a consistent daily habit alongside training, meals and recovery.
Creatine can support repeated high-intensity exercise and training progress. Muscle and strength gains still depend on your training, nutrition and consistency; taking a supplement alone does not guarantee them.
Think in weeks, not one workout. Creatine stores build gradually with daily use. Keep track of your training over time rather than looking for an immediate sensation: creatine is not a stimulant, and results vary.
No. You do not need to compete to have a consistent strength or exercise routine. Choose it for a clear purpose and consider your health and activity level; it is not a replacement for sleep, food or exercise.
Creatine also has a role in cellular energy in the brain. Research into cognitive outcomes is ongoing and depends on the population and circumstances. It is not an instant focus aid, and we do not promise a memory or concentration benefit for everyone.
Your daily glass, explained.
It is a daily magnesium drink for your everyday routine. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle and nervous-system function, electrolyte balance and energy metabolism, and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. Each sachet also includes L-theanine and vitamins C, B5 and B6.
Bisglycinate, glycerophosphate, taurate and malate. Together they provide 250 mg of elemental magnesium per sachet. Elemental magnesium is the amount of magnesium itself, rather than the total weight of the magnesium compounds.
Our formula has no added magnesium oxide to increase the elemental magnesium number. The 250 mg comes from the four named magnesium forms. You can check the complete ingredient list on the product page and your pack.
Mix one 4.4 g sachet with 200–300 ml water, stir well and enjoy. Take one sachet daily, preferably in the evening or around training, following your pack. Each box contains 30 sachets.
Evening is one of the suggested times on the pack. It can be part of a wind-down routine, but it is not a sleeping medicine. Research on magnesium and sleep is mixed, so a specific sleep improvement or next-day feeling cannot be guaranteed.
Each sachet provides 200 mg L-theanine from a green-tea-derived ingredient specified at 98% purity. The formula is caffeine-free. That purity describes the ingredient specification; it is not an absorption percentage.
Passion fruit and white peach, with a distinctive mineral finish you may notice on your tongue. Use the recommended amount of water and stir well. Taste is personal; the mineral sensation itself is not a measure of purity or absorption.
Alongside 250 mg magnesium, each sachet provides sodium (182 mg), chloride (158 mg) and potassium (110 mg). It complements your normal fluid intake; how much you need to drink depends on heat, activity, sweat and your diet.
Each sachet contains vitamin C (100 mg), B5 (3 mg) and B6 (1 mg). They contribute to normal energy metabolism; B5 also contributes to normal mental performance. The full amounts and ingredients are listed on the product page.
It has no added sugar and contains sweeteners. For the complete ingredient list, including flavourings and sweeteners, check your pack or the Magnesium⁴ product page.
They can sit in the same daily routine: follow each product’s serving instructions and keep track of any overlapping supplements. You can take them at different times if that suits you. If you have a medical condition or take medication, check suitability with your clinician or pharmacist.
Make a choice that fits your health.
Creatine monohydrate has been studied over extended periods in healthy adults and is generally well tolerated at recommended intakes. Follow your pack. Individual suitability matters, especially if your health or medication changes.
Research in healthy adults has not shown kidney damage from recommended creatine use. If you have kidney disease or abnormal kidney results, speak to your clinician before using creatine or magnesium. Tell them about supplements before a blood test, because creatine can affect how creatinine results are interpreted.
An early scale increase can happen as muscle creatine and associated water increase. That is not the same as gaining body fat. The size and timing of any change vary; use strength, training and how you feel alongside the scale.
Individual tolerance varies. Follow the recommended serving and mixing instructions; taking creatine with a meal may be more comfortable. Magnesium supplements can cause loose stools or digestive upset. Stop and seek advice if symptoms persist or are significant; a soluble powder cannot guarantee symptom-free use.
Ask your pharmacist or clinician, especially if you take regular medication or already use magnesium-containing products. Magnesium can interfere with absorption of some antibiotics and bone-health medicines; the right separation time depends on the medicine. Do not adjust prescribed treatment yourself.
Check with your healthcare professional before starting either product during pregnancy or breastfeeding. They can assess the full formula, your diet and any other supplements. General adult advice is not a personalised recommendation for pregnancy.
Small practical details. An easier habit.
The current QLEOS serving is 3 g creatine monohydrate (one scoop), mixed with approximately 350 ml water, once daily. Follow the directions on your pouch. A 250 g pouch provides approximately 83 servings at that amount.
No. A daily routine can build creatine stores without a loading phase. Follow the QLEOS pack directions rather than taking large extra servings to chase a faster result.
Choose a time you can repeat, on training days and rest days. Consistency is more useful than making the timing complicated. A meal or another existing daily habit can be a helpful reminder.
Creatine can be combined with a protein shake or other drinks, but water is the simple preparation described on your pack. Mix thoroughly and follow the serving instructions for every product you use. Do not add extra servings just because several supplements share one drink.
Measure your serving, add the recommended water and stir thoroughly. Optimized Creatine uses Particle Optimization Technology for a fine, easy-mixing powder. Very little water or a thick drink can change the mixing experience; dissolution in a glass does not by itself measure absorption in your body.
Resume your usual daily serving. Do not double the next serving to catch up. A routine that is easy to return to matters more than a perfect streak.
Keep the packaging closed, cool and dry, following the storage instructions and best-before date on your pack. Use a dry scoop and keep sachets sealed until needed. Keep supplements out of the reach of young children.
Your routine matters more than a label.
Creatine is not a men-only supplement. Women who do strength or high-intensity training may consider it for the same training goals. Follow the pack and check individual suitability; pregnancy and breastfeeding require separate professional advice.
Creatine has been studied alongside resistance training in older adults. The practical focus is supporting a suitable training routine, rather than promising benefits from a supplement alone. Discuss suitability if you have medical conditions or take regular medicines.
Yes. Optimized Creatine contains creatine monohydrate with no added flavourings, sweeteners or fillers and is vegan-friendly. Plant-based diets generally contain little dietary creatine. Always check the label of the exact product you choose.
These pages provide adult product guidance. Do not use adult serving advice for children or teenagers. Ask a suitably qualified healthcare professional and follow the age guidance on the product label.
Check the details for yourself.
Find the LOT number on your pack, then visit Testing & Results. Match the LOT and read the documents available for that batch. If you cannot find it, send the product name and LOT to info@qleos.com.
QLEOS products are manufactured in Europe. Our manufacturing partner lists ISO 9001, GMP and IFS standards. These describe manufacturing systems; the product’s batch documents provide the separate testing details you can inspect.
One unflavoured ingredient, with Particle Optimization Technology for a fine, easy-mixing powder and published batch information. No added flavourings, sweeteners or fillers. Our aim is a simpler daily routine and quality information you can actually check.
Magnesium⁴ reports will be added when available. The Testing & Results page shows the current status. Contact our team for a question about your pack; we do not substitute a Creatine report for a Magnesium report.
A COA records the tests and results listed for a particular sample or batch. Check the product, LOT, date and scope. A raw-material report is different from a finished-product report, and a laboratory result is not a clinical trial showing how a supplement will affect you.
